The North Central Nebraska RC&D Council is a non-profit organization sponsored by six counties, five  Natural Resource Districts, twenty  nine communities and three  Chambers of Commerce.
Since 1992 the regions economic and rural development  resource providers have been meeting bi-monthly to plan for providing timely technical and finanical assitance to the region.
During 1993, community leaders in five counties began meeting together once a month to assist each other in addressing the needs of the region. 
The North Central Nebraska RC&D Council partners with communities, organizations and agencies to assist the local  people in the development of   their communities, counties and region.
